By creating an account with OTPDock, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account credentials with third parties

When using OTPDock, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any service limitations or restrictions
• Not use the Service to send spam or malicious content
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Our API is subject to rate limits and usage restrictions based on your subscription plan. You agree to:

• Not share your API credentials with third parties
• Use appropriate security measures when storing API keys

Your use of OTPDock is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Additionally:

• Test data is automatically deleted after 30 days
• You retain ownership of your test data
• We may collect usage metrics to improve the Service
• We implement industry-standard security measures

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ViaLabs US LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our code or content
• Use our trademarks without express permission
• Create derivative works based on our Service
• Attempt to clone or replicate our Service

Paid features of OTPDock require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree:

• To pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• That subscription fees are non-refundable
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• To maintain valid payment information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• For violations of these Terms
• For abusive or fraudulent usage
• For non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion with reasonable notice

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViaLabs US LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
